Jason R. Hanna

Jason R. Hanna, a Texas-based attorney, counsels clients by explaining complex legal concepts in everyday language to help families structure estates, preserve wealth, navigate probate, and qualify for Texas Medicaid programs. He focuses on tailoring legal solutions to best protect client interests.

As a distinguished veteran of the US Air Force, Jason adopts the USAF’s three core principles as his own guiding light—Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do. Jason applies these principals in service to his community as he guides families facing challenges in planning their estate, dealing with a death in the family, and planning for a loved one’s long-term care.

Jason graduated summa cum laude from Texas State University and South Texas College of Law (STCL). Jason was an award-winning advocate for the STCL’s nationally renowned advocacy program, and competed in mediation, arbitration, and moot court. Jason was a member of the South Texas Law Review, where he focused on Texas criminal law.

Jason is a veteran litigator whose expertise includes probate and probate litigation, elder law, multi-district pharmaceutical litigation, personal injury claims, protecting civil rights, and divorce matters. Jason’s broad experience provides a unique perspective on litigation matters to present the best arguments for each client—always focusing on maximizing the likelihood of success at trial.

Jason is a native of Galveston, Texas, and now resides in The Woodlands. When he is not helping clients, Jason enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with his family.
